Fix a seller password-reset link
Recover from invalid, expired, scanned, or already-used reset links.
Protect your account: never share a password, OTP, invitation token, reset link, private key, or complete authentication URL while troubleshooting.

Request one fresh reset
Open Forgot Password and submit the seller account email once. The response is generic for account privacy.

Open it safely
Use the newest email on the same trusted device when possible.
- 1.Copy the entire URL if the email client did not make it clickable.
- 2.Do not reuse an older email after requesting another reset.
- 3.Avoid security scanners that pre-open one-time links when possible.
- 4.Complete the new password and confirmation before the action code expires.
